HOUSE RULES

·     Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (nighttime), 12 persons (daytime)
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time.

·     No loud parties. Do not disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours daily from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Neighbor may report excessive noise or disorderly conduct.

·     Park only in the driveway (maximum 2 cars), and fill out and display parking permit provided by landlord on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle.

·     No parking on the street during the winter months (November - March).

·     Failure to observe parking rules may result in citation and fine of $500.

·     Trash collection day: Every Thursday at 7 am.

·     No smoking in the house.

·     Report all broken or misplaced items (e.g. remote control) immediately.

·     Do not re-arrange the furniture. If you need to temporarily move a piece of furniture, do so very carefully, and moved it back to its original location before checking out.

·     Enjoy all available amenities such as cable TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ, laundry room, etc. Please conserve water and energy. Get your own detergent if the free ran out.

·     Wash the dishes before checking out (dishwasher is provided; just load it, turn it on, and leave it to run and finish the cycle).

·     Always ask the host before bringing a pet. Absolutely no pets during winter months (November - March). $100 penalty for bringing unreported pet plus extra cleaning fee.

·     Collect and deposit all trash into the trash bins located near the entrance door by the kitchen. Any additional trash will be considered excessive.
Either take it with you upon checking out or arrange its collection with the house service.

·     Close and secure all windows and doors, turn off all fans (during the summer months), or, set all thermostats to 60°F (during the winter months) before leaving the house.

!   IMPORTANT   !

·        Lake Tahoe is a Bear habitat. Do not feed bears or other wildlife.

·        NEVER leave trash outside the house. It will attract bears.

·        Trash is collected from indoor trash bins by the house cleaning service at the end of your stay. When you place trash in the bear proof shed located by the garage,
make sure that all latches are tightly closed and secured by carabiner clip.
